How information you send through this site is used.
Information we collect
When you use the contact, property-analysis, or Power of Sale request forms, we collect what you enter: typically name, contact details, your message, and any property or situation details you choose to share. For the Power of Sale list, we send a confirmation email first; until you use that link, your answers are stored only as a short-lived pending record on the server (then removed after you confirm or when the link expires). Technical data (such as IP address) may be recorded when you submit a form, for security and delivery.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to provide the services you request. It is not used for unrelated marketing unless you agree.
When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. It may be shared with the applicable real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, lenders, lawyers, or other professionals only as needed to handle your file or as required by law.
No automatic representation
Submitting a form or contacting us does not by itself create a client relationship or a representation agreement. Those arise only through the appropriate formal agreements and disclosures.
